The North Bay Police Service is looking for anyone who witnessed a motor vehicle collision Friday evening which has left a 14-year-old city boy seriously injured.
Police said the accident took place at 6:30 p.m. when a Honda Civic being driven westbound on Lake Nosbonsing Road lost control and was struck broadside by an eastbound Ford Escort.
The drivers of both cars were taken to the North Bay General Hospital, treated and released.
The 14-year-old boy, who was a passenger in the Honda, was flown to Ottawa Children Hospital with very serious injuries.
