The Noelville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing St Charles resident. Police are concerned about the wellbeing of Bob Smellie. Smellie is 65 years of age and was last seen leaving his residence in the Town of St Charles at approximately 7:00 a.m. April 12, 2016.
Investigators believe that Bob Smellie might be operating a 2003 Black Chevrolet Avalanche bearing the Ontario marker AK83606.
Smellie is described as:
- 6’2”
- 141 lb
- White Male
- Short Gray hair
- Brown Eyes
- Possibly wearing blue jeans, black t-shirt, camo jacket and brown hiker boots.
