North Bay Police are seeking information on the identity of a male suspect who forced his way into a residence on the 1400 block of Cassells Street at approximately 8:30 pm on Friday March 20, 2009.

It is alleged a 21-year-old female, house sitting at this residence, was approached three times over a 3-hour period by a male wishing to see the house which was listed for sale. The suspect finally pushed his way into the house, pushed the female into a wall bruising her face and tried to prevent her calling for help. He finally fled when she began to yell.

Cst. Bill Gainforth is continuing the investigation seeking the identity of a male in his 30’s, 6” 170-180lbs, brown medium length well kept hair, thin face, wearing a brown sweater, blue jeans, black dress shoes.
