Police given the runaround

On the 28th of Jan. during the early morning hours Cst. Ken Ayres of the North Bay Police along with other officers attended a residence on Copeland St. in order to effect an arrest. At that time it is alleged that another male answered the door and stated that the wanted individual was not there.

However a short time later the officers returned with a warrant to enter the home and in fact located the individual they were seeking.

Cory Robert CAISSEY 26 years old of Copeland St. is charged with Obstruct Police, 3 counts of Breach of Recognizance and Possession of Marijuana. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.
