The OPP Marine Unit was on a routine patrol on Lake Temagami when they stopped at a houseboat at around 1:30 pm on July 31st.
Officers investigated and found a quantity of suspected marijuana, which was seized.
As a result three men have been charged.
A 32 year old man from Toronto, Joshua Alberga, 32, of Niagara Falls and a third person , from Edmonton Alberta are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance - cannabis marijuana.
They will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on September 29.
