North Bay police have arrested and charged a 58-year-old man with uttering threats.
On September 3 the victim visited the home of the man and while there was threatened. Officers arrived and made an arrest.
Police say the accused and victim are known to one another.
Dakota Brant, 58, of North Bay is charged with uttering threats and failure to comply with a release order
Brant was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
