In the podcast clip above, the two councillors discuss two recent rezoning matters, one that North Bay City Council has already approved regarding allowing for the construction of high-end semi-detached homes in Laurentian Heights, and another that will be addressed during the Feb. 27 regular meeting about the rezoning of a property near the intersection of Premier Road and Premier Villa condos.
Both faced fierce opposition from nearby residents.

Inch also shares an email she received about a doctor who planned to move back to North Bay but did not want to live in Laurentian Heights due to the stance the homeowners took against the construction of semi-detached homes.
