On November 9, shortly after 7:30 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the OPP were advised of an aircraft going down in Seguin Township.
A passing motorist on Highway 400 saw the plane go down and called 911.
OPP, Emergency Medical Services and Seguin Fire responded and located the crash site.
Following an investigation of the crash, the OPP is now able to release the names of the victims.
They are Philip Esseltine, 59, and Jane Esseltine, 55, both of Tillsonburg.
