TORONTO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.

Mark McLean is described as a white male, 35 years of age, 5ft 10-11in’ (178 cm’s), 170 lbs. (77 kgs.) muscular build, with brown eyes and shaved brown hair. He has numerous tattoo’s on his body and face, including one between his eyebrows that appears to be a scripted “S”. He has a star on the right side of his neck along with the word “White” as well as other tattoo’s on his face, neck and body.

He is serving a sentence of three years and ten months for a Home Invasion Robbery while Armed with a Firearm and Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.


The offender is known to frequents the Greater Toronto and Windsor areas.
