OPP request public’s help to locate missing youth

French River - The OPP is asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year old female.

Jessica Marie NEWTON, age 15, from Highway 64,Alban, ON, is 5’ 6” tall and weighs 130 lbs. She has a medium build with shoulder length black hair and brown eyes. She has a small diamond nose piercing in her right nostril.

NEWTON was last seen boarding a school bus from home, on Wednesday 28th February 2007, to attend school in Greater Sudbury. Although it is not unusual for Jessica to be away from home and staying with friends in Sudbury, police are checking on her wellbeing.

Anyone who may have seen Jessica NEWTON or has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or the Near North Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
