Police say one person is dead as a result of a single-vehicle collision on Highway 11 North near Novar.
The accident occurred around 11:30 Thursday morning.
OPP say the police investigation revealed that a southbound vehicle lost control just south of Station Road located in Perry Township and rolled several times on the west side of the Highway.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
One witness who saw the accident told BayToday that the driver was ejected from the vehicle in the crash.
The OPP indicated via Twitter that Highway 11 southbound was closed at Fern Glen Road.
The name of the deceased is not being released until next of kin is notified.
Police are continuing to investigate.
