On the 2nd of April it is alleged that a 6 year old was playing with the telephone and ended up calling 911 in the city North Bay.

Cst. Kris Marshall and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police Service attended the residence in question and confirmed that everything was okay.

They did however end up speaking to the mother who had been sleeping at the time. When the officers checked the mother on the Police computer system they found that she was wanted on 2 outstanding warrants of arrest of Failing to Appear and Possession of Stolen Property. She was taken into custody and remains in custody for a bail hearing.
