The communities of North Bay and Sturgeon Falls dug in to their pockets and truly made it a McHappy Day for kids in the area Wednesday.

The McDonald’s North Bay/Sturgeon Falls teams with the help of local dignitaries raised an impressive $18,000 for One Kids Place (a children’s treatment centre which services North Bay, Sturgeons Falls and surrounding areas).

Bob and Jan Chisholm, local franchise owners, say the day was a complete success.
