Oh McHappy Day

First there was McDreamy, then McSteamy and now we have McFlirty. McFlirty, aka Mayor Victor Fedeli, poured on the charm while working the drive-thru window today for McHappy Day. Fedeli under the tutelage of Judy Keith had 100% participation from customers for the McHappy feet pin ups.

The local McDonald’s restaurant team with help from local dignitaries pulled out all stops Wednesday for McHappy Day.

Bob and Jan Chisholm, local franchise owners, say the day has been a complete success with a dollar from every sale of a Happy Meal or Big Mac today donated to their charity of choice One Kid’s Place.

Customers also have the option of making a further contribution to the cause by purchasing a Ronald McDonald pin up shoe for $1.

The grand total of the day’s proceeds will be released Thursday.
