BayToday reader Steve Brown tells us that with no snow or ice Christmas afternoon on Trout Lake took on a whole new flavour this year.

Brown says the couple in his photo above were in from Alberta hoping to enjoy a white Christmas, but instead of zipping up and down the ice on a sled, they cruised the lake in a familiar summer vessel.
