On the 11th of Oct. shortly after 3 AM Cst. Richard Hampel of the North Bay Police Service had occasion to stop a vehicle being driven within the city. The officer conducted his investigation and concluded that in fact the driver did not have permission to have the vehicle.

Michael LABROSSE 36 years old of O’Brien St. is charged with Theft Over $5000. and Breach of Probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
