North Bay woman charged with assault

On Sunday the 1st of September 2013 at approximately 2:00 a.m. police responded to a call of a disturbance at 123 Delaware Street in North Bay.

Upon arrival police found that a female victim had been struck in the head with a beer bottle while at a local bar and the suspect in this matter had fled the scene.

Located a short time later and charged with 1 count of Assault with a Weapon is a 26 year old woman from North Bay.

She will appear in court at a future date.
