During the month of December officers of the North Bay Police Service conducted various RIDE checks and obtained the following information:
- Over 800 vehicles stopped
- 9 Roadside tests given
- One 12 hour suspensions issued
- One seat belt warning given

RIDE checks will be in operation throughout the holiday season including New Years Eve.
