North Bay pair wins $1,000,000 with Encore

TORONTO - Congratulations to Erica Weegar and Siegbert Taylor - both of North Bay - who said yes to Encore and won $1,000,000 from the August 1, 2009 draw.

"I was at the store when I realized we won big," Erica Weegar excitedly said of the pair's top prize win. "I was in shock and couldn't believe we won," Siegbert Taylor added. The pair has various plans for the windfall some of which include: buying a house and new vehicles, and investing and saving a portion.

The winning ticket was purchased at Mac's located on Fisher Street in North Bay.
