The Ottawa Citizen is reporting that a 41-year-old North Bay man is facing a number of charges including sexual assault, drugging and videotaping two women.
The investigation began in September relating to a pair of incidents in the Ottawa area over the past three years.
As a result of the investigation, Michael Andreyechen, 41, of North Bay was charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of administering a noxious substance, and two counts of secretly recording a person for sexual purpose.
Andreyechen made his first court appearance in Ottawa on Tuesday.
The charges come seven months after he was charged with three counts of possessing child pornography.
