Police are reporting a sexual assault.
A man was at a local licensed establishment where he came into contact with the female victim. Police say he sexually assaulted her shortly after they left the establishment.
Yesterday, following a sexual assault investigation, North Bay Police arrested and charged 20-year old James Larry Boucher of North Bay with one count of sexual assault in relation to an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 24th.
Boucher was held in custody awaiting a bail hearing today.
