North Bay Blooms Chair Geri Openshaw says nominations are now open for the 2015 season.
Canada Post carriers help with the majority of the 100 or so nominations received each summer, and nominations are welcome from anyone.
Judging will commence in early July by the North Bay Horticultural Society and final awards are expected by Thursday, July 23.
Nominations are also welcome for businesses and group gardens, like apartments.
Each week over the next few weeks the group will recognize someone who has made a real effort to make North Bay look great.
Front yard gardens are nominated specifically to be viewed from the curbside or sidewalk so as not to encourage trespassing on private property.
