Residents and councillors will notice a big difference when City Council meets on April 21.
The meeting will be held using Zoom , City clerk Karen McIsaac tells BayToday.

The Province has mandated no gatherings of more than five people so only written presentations from the public will be accepted at the meeting.
A contact list of Council members will be sent to the media for them to ask questions after the meeting has concluded.
