The new Northeastern Ontario Corvettes club, encompassing the North Bay and Sudbury areas is searchinf for new members and sponsors,

The Northeastern Ontario Corvettes area primarily follows the highway 17 corridor from Elliot lake, Manitoulin, Espanola, Greater Sudbury, St Charles, Noelville and all towns near the North Bay Nipissing area including Mattawa.

"Our goal is to establish ourselves as a social group of Corvette owners," says club founder Guy Tessier. "We will plan rides, plan Corvette dealerships days, do weekend outings to other club events and plan dinners during weekdays. We will build our membership and together we will be successful and have fun doing it."

The first meeting is planned for May 17 in Sudbury.

It lists the North Bay Food Bank as its charity of choice.
