Near north board and EAs reach tentative agreement

Last evening, the OSSTF Educational Assistant and Professional Support Services Personnel District 4 and the Near North District School Board reached a tentative agreement. Details of the four year agreement will not be released until the contract has been ratified. It is expected to be ratified by their membership next Monday and by the Board tomorrow morning.

The Near North District School Board has approximately 217 OSSTF educational assistants and professional support services personnel in 45 schools, serving more than 11,000 students.
