NBPS: Local man charged for West Ferris graffiti spree

Members of the North Bay Police Service arrested and charged a 29-year-old male for 12 counts of mischief under $5,000 and one count of utter threats.

On November 1, members of the North Bay Police Service Street Crime Unit arrested and charged the accused with 12 separate incidents of mischief, and one count of utter threats to cause damage to property.

Between October 8 and October 27, police say the accused spray-painted several buildings in the West Ferris area. On October 19, police say the accused threatened to damage the property of a victim.

The accused in this incident is a 29-year-old male from North Bay, who is charged with:

  • Twelve counts of mischief under $5000;
  • One count of utter threats to cause damage to property
  • One count of breach of an undertaking

The accused was released on an undertaking and is set to appear in court on December 12, 2023.
