Name of Douglas Street fire victim released

North Bay police have confirmed cause of death and released the name of the woman who perished in Thursday's fire at 820 Douglas Street. 53-year-old Deborah McWaters died Thursday as a result of smoke inhalation.

North Bay police have confirmed cause of death and released the name of the woman who perished in Thursday's fire at 820 Douglas Street.

53-year-old Deborah McWaters died Thursday as a result of smoke inhalation.

The Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office is continuing to investigate what led to the blaze.
