More snow coming!

Current indications suggest possible snowfall accumulation of 10 to 20 cm by Wednesday night.

Another blast of winter weather looks like it will hit the area tomorrow.

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for:

  • North Bay - West Nipissing,
  • Greater Sudbury 
  • New Liskeard - Temagami,
  • Burk's Falls - Bayfield Inlet, 
  • Huntsville - Baysville, 
  • Témiscaming Que. area

Current details: 

A low pressure system is expected to bring significant snowfall to the area beginning overnight tonight and continues into Wednesday.

Snow is expected to be heavy at times on Wednesday.

Current indications suggest possible snowfall accumulation of 10 to 20 cm by Wednesday night.

There is still some uncertainty regarding the exact location of the heaviest snow. Environment Canada will continue to closely monitor this developing situation and warnings may be issued as the details become more certain.
