Residents along a portion of Ferguson Street will likely see a portion of their street closed until October.
That’s according to a Public Works release sent to the media on Wednesday.
Phase two of the Ferguson Street re-construction is taking place between Worthington Street and Fifth Avenue.
City officials estimate the work, which will include the installation of new sewers, a water main, re-construction of the road and the installation of new traffic signals, will go on for approximately the next two months.
The city says local access to business and properties will be maintained and detours will be in place.
