McNeil in, Powder Blues out for Wine Gala

Due to a scheduling conflict, Tom Lavin and The Legendary Powder Blues Band will not be
performing at the 18th Annual Wine Gala.

However, the Capitol Centre, in a news release says Canadian
pop-rock goddess, Suzie McNeil will be taking to the stage instead.

McNeil is a versatile, powerful artist, who combines a magnetic stage presence with vocal and multiinstrumental
ability.


She was the last woman standing on CBS television’s reality series Rockstar: INXS.

McNeil sang back-up vocals for P!nk on her North American tour, entertained the troops in Afghanistan on an
armed forces tour, performed at the 2010 Winter Olympics Closing Ceremonies, and starred in the
Toronto Debut of Queen’s “We Will Rock You” musical as the role of “Oz”.

She is known for hits like, “Believe” and Merry Go Round”.
