McGibbon St man charged with theft of a vehicle

At 12:02 AM 05th May a motor vehicle was stolen from a driveway on Third Av.

At 2:25 the vehicle was stopped by police on the 100 Block of Oak St E.

Scott Wagg 22 yrs of McGibbon St was arrested and charged with theft of the vehicle and 2 counts of breach of probation.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
