Mattawa man charged with four counts of theft

On April 16, 2010, Mattawa OPP investigated two separate incidents of shoplifting. One incident occurred at the Scotiabank and the other at the IDA Pharmacy both located on Main Street in Mattawa. Donation containers were amongst the items taken.

Charged with four counts of Theft under – Shoplifting as per s. 334(b) of the Criminal Code is Andrew R. LABELLE, 21, of Mattawa, Ontario.

LABELLE is scheduled to appear for court in Mattawa on May 19, 2010.
