A Sturgeon Falls couple got quite a scare as they prepared supper Saturday Jan. 29th.
West Nipissing police says around 8 p.m. they got a 911 call from a house on Queen St.
The man and woman told police that three intruders had entered the apartment while they were preparing supper and once inside, the three masked men began to beat the male complainant.
During the beating, the man was hit over the head with a pipe.
The fight continued then the three attackers fled the apartment.
The victim suffered minor injuries as a result of being assaulted.
Police are asking anyone that may have information related to this home invasion to contact the police.
