Maple Leaf Foods in conjunction with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled a number of meat products fearing that the products may have been tampered with.
Police are investigating the situation after being called when Maple Leaf employees found a number of syringe casings Sunday at the company's plant in Kitchener, Ontario.
The company warns the public to avoid the following products:
