Here's a tip...don't drink and sleep in your car.
On Thursday May 18, at approximately 5:20 p.m. Almaguin Highlands OPP officers say they were called to help a man who was sleeping in his vehicle on Montreal Street in South River.
They investigated, arrested, and charged Shayne Vaillencourt, 28 of South River with the following offences:
- Care or control while ability impaired,
- Care or control over 80 milligrams,
- Two counts of Driving while under suspension,
Vaillencourt was released from police custody and will appear in court on Thursday June 8 in Sundridge.
