Man re-arrested for break and enter

After arrest & release for a Break Enter & Theft on October 03, a male was re-arrested on October 04, for another Break & Enter on Eglee Street that had been unreported at the time he was first in Custody.

Suspect still had property from the second location upon his arrest yesterday. Eric Joseph Degagne, age 22, of Arthur Court is being held for a bail hearing under charges of Break Enter & Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance & Possession of House Breaking Instruments.
