Man charged with uttering threats and criminal harassment

Mattawa - The Mattawa OPP and the North Bay Crime Unit has arrested a Mattawa man for Threatening and Criminal Harassment.

46 year old Joseph Laframboise was arrested earlier this week after police launched an investigation regarding threats/harassment against other persons in the Mattawa area.

Laframboise is charged with the following offences:

2 counts of Uttering Threats
2 counts of Criminal Harassment
Breach of Probation

Laframboise is in custody and will be appearing for a bail hearing on Tuesday April 10th, 2007 in the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay.
