Police have a North Bay man in custody after a break and enter yesterday afternoon.
At approximately 1 o'clock on Monday, officers responded to reports of a man entering a building in the 700-block of Stones St, North Bay and stealing several electronic devices.
Officers found, arrested, and charged the thief.
Dylan Daigle, 25, is charged with:
- Break, enter a place – to commit an indictable offence
- Failure to comply with a probation order
Police say Daigle was found in possession of the stolen property believed to be worth approximately $4,000.
He remains in custody pending a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
