Major refurbishment of library's Worthington Street entrance

Demolition of the existing stairs and ramp is expected to last through the Fall

North Bay Public Library‘s Worthington Street entrance will be under construction starting tomorrow (Monday.)

It will begin a major refurbishment of the entrance and demolition of the existing stairs and ramp is expected to last through the fall.

The Library remains open during this period, but will only be accessible through the McIntyre Street entrance. The McIntyre doors will be open as of 10 a.m.on September 11th.

Through the duration of the construction, the after-hours drop box will not be available. All items must be returned inside the library, either to the circulation desks or to an internal drop box located near the Children’s Department.
