Local man named to OACFP board

The Ontario Association of Cemetery and Funeral Professionals (OACFP), is pleased to announce, Darren Denomme has recently been elected to the Board of Directors.

Darren, a long time North Bay resident, is manager of St. Mary’s and Holy Cross Cemeteries , and the recently constructed All Saints Mausoleum. After graduating from St. Michael’s College and University of Toronto , Darren was hired full time at St. Mary’s in 1993. He was promoted to Operations Managers in July 1994.

In addition to his full time and OACFP board responsibilities, Darren is involved throughout the community as a trombonist with the Canadian Forces Base Band and as pastoral musician at St. Peter of the Apostle Church in North Bay .

Darren and his wife Allison (nee Stewart) have two boys, Michael and Sam, and just recently added baby Myles to their family.
