Local cop doing well at games

North Bay Police Service constable Mark McLeod has come in second within his age category in the Toughest Competitor Alive event at the Can Am Police and Fire Games.

The games are being held this week in London, Ont., and bring together police and fire personnel from Canada and the United States.

McLeod could also win another award today, North Bay police say.
