A North Bay author is excited to see the response online of his new book "Mandate to Be Great: The Five Traits of Techno-Resilient People and Organizations" which was released earlier this week.

Within a very short time, the book hit #1 on Amazon.ca.

"Wow, I am humbled by the support...#1 Best Seller status in less than 24 hours is a great start," stated Dr. Rob Graham, author, and former Nipissing University professor.

"Thanks to all that have shared, and are sharing. Please leave a review on Amazon if the book had an impact in any way...hopefully positive!"

The book, which is Graham's second publication, looks at things such as the workplace shift that is happening during the pandemic.

"Techno Resiliency means cultivating your capacity as a thriving technology-enhanced workplace," explained Graham back in January.

"What techno resiliency was born from was the idea of trying to maximize existing resources and team efficiencies while minimizing costs and complexities."

Graham came up with the concept as a doctoral student while at University in England.

The award-winning former teacher did a lot of local research for the book.

"When I was looking at Cementation on their website and talked to some people that work for Cementation and I was really intrigued with their notion of putting people ahead of profits," noted Graham.
