Literacy Council gets to have their cake and eat it too!

Mayor Victor and Jane Jackson help Miss Patty serve up a huge piece of Vintage Whine cake.

The North Bay Literacy Council got a $10,000 shot in the arm Thursday morning from author and columnist Patty Fedeli.

Fedeli donated all the proceeds from the sale of her second book titled "More Vintage Whine" to the Literacy Council.

“How wonderful for the Literacy Council to have such an advocate as Patty Fedeli. Patty's support over the past couple of years has helped us tremendously,” says Jane Jackson, Executive Co-ordinator.

“All the words I could think of don't express the gratitude we feel for this support. We are very fortunate to have Patty as a supporter. “
