The North Bay Police/O.P.P Joint Forces Snowmobile Patrol is warning the public of unsafe ice conditions on area lakes.
Today police report two snowmobiles broke through thin ice while staking the trail on Lake Talon near Camp Conewango.
Both parties were able to pull themselves out and make it safely to shore.
