It’s that time of year again! July marks the launch of Canadore’s summer school of the arts, Artsperience, and the first session of a new Artist Lecture Series. The Series will feature presentations from Keith Campbell, Arlie Hoffman, and photographer David Lewis.

Canadore’s Artist in Residence, Keith Campbell, will present a history of his work, factors influencing his creations and his personal journey, on July 4 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
This free event is open to the public.

Keith has been a professional craftsperson since 1970. He has won over 40 awards for his art, which has been displayed in over 250 exhibitions across Canada, USA and Europe. His work can be seen in numerous private and public collections including the Royal Ontario Museum and the National Museum of Civilization and he is showcased in 14 books including Studio Ceramics in Canada 1920 to 2005 by Gail Crawford.

Artsperience has grown to offer 10 new program areas for kids, teens, adults and seniors at all skill levels. Artsperience continues to be a celebration of the cultural traditions of the surrounding First Nations and Nipissing and Parry Sound District communities.
