The North Bay Police Service has charged A 43-year-old North Bay man after an incident Friday at the North Bay General Hospital.
Cst. Gerry Martin and Cst. Al Bedard went to the hospital responding to a call about an unruly patient.
They tried to quiet a man on several occasions, but he turned and attacked one of the officers and was subdued.
Daniel Vaughn DUFAULT, of Lakeshore Drive, is charged with assaulting police and causing a disturbance. He was held for a bail hearing.
