Ice huts set on fire

The joint Ontario Provincial Police/North Bay Police Service snowmobile unit is presently investigating a break and enter into an ice hut and the setting on fire of two ice huts off Kinsman Beach.

It appears that there were 4 sets of footprints at the scene that came from shore.

The North Bay Fire Department could not attend the scene due to the dangerous conditions of a nearby pressure crack with open water.
