Ramsey Robblee of Bonfield plans to use the money on his business.

Ramsey Robblee of Bonfield can “find his possible” after winning a LOTTO 6/49 second prize worth $63,048 in the May 13, LOTTO 6/49 draw.

Ramsey, who owns a welding shop, said he’s an occasional lottery player. He typically plays LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX, uses QUICK PICKS, and says yes to ENCORE.

It was a regular Saturday when the 36-year-old decided to purchase a LOTTO 6/49 ticket at the convenience store.

Early the next morning, he checked his ticket on the OLG app and discovered he had won big. “I thought it was broken!” he said, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his windfall.

Ramsey soon shared the news with his family. “They told me to go back to bed!” he recalled. They waited for confirmation that it was real before getting too excited.” Ramsey also told a few friends about his win. “They were all so happy for me.”

With his winnings, Ramsey plans to invest in his business and buy some new equipment. “I still don’t believe it – it hasn’t sunk in yet,” he concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at MacEwen Petroleum on Seymour Street in North Bay.
