Over 750 homes helped with the Ontario Power Authority and North Bay Hydro’s Home Assistance Program.
Working families, seniors, people receiving government assistance, single parents, retirees and students, have all benefitted from this program.
Having a third party opinion about where to start to conserve energy and save money may be the most beneficial aspect of this program.
The program also supplies energy efficient products like compact fluorescent light bulbs, block heater timers and power bars to qualifying customers.
