Opp say Highway 17 East, between Highway 630 and Columbia Rd, 25km West of Mattawa (Calvin Twp.) is closed in both directions. The reopening time unknown.
The accident happened around 6:30 a.m.
Two tractor trailers are blocking the roadway. Police call it "a serious motor vehicle collision."
A detour, Highway # 630, is available.
